That is a detail that really stuck out to me and made our reception feel extra special. I remember when I first got to our reception and ran into one of the wait staff, Jeremy, and he actually remembered me from the tasting which was so sweet! The whole night, every staff member I interacted with was so kind. The rest of the event staff were also absolutely lovely to be around.
On wedding day, the food was even BETTER than I remember and it was a hit with everyone. I actually cried when we left the tasting because of how incredible the hospitality was. In a region where veganism is not very popular, this made me feel so appreciated. When I visited for my food tasting, I wasn't really sure what to expect but Chef Thomas truly went above and beyond to provide me with different vegan options.
